From Patti! My name is Patti I have a broken leg now Sure sucks to be me Saw a bad rock band Now its hard for me to stand Guess I'll walk on hands Free summer concert With my sister and friends Bones snapped heal till fall Laurie and Patti Spending summer vacation In casts and brace OUCH!

OK, so they're not exactly the proper haiku scheme (i'm rhyme and meter-deprived ) feeling pensive cuz it's dot-complexpensive 'round here addled feline why chase your tail? scratch-sniff all day youngsta scampers around in his pampers gurgle smile leg a-throbbin? gaze at the robin flitting around the warmth of a friend and the heart shall mend and the body too chug a lug, chug a lug everybody holler "hidy-ho"! burns your tummy, dont' ya know chug a lug, chug a lug 2, 3, 4...
